Happy Farthers Day Honey! Remember this? This is when it just began! Ha! Ha! I think Caleb broke us in here! Thanks Caleb! Your love for the kids truely show even when your daughter calls you "grumpy pants"! Ha! Ha! You know the kids can count on you when they need a hug or just coaching a soccer team or achieveing boy scout badges and some times a couple braids in your daughters hair. Thank you for being my other half of this little family and laughing with me when we are not really sure about this parenting stuff. Your the best!

Well here's another special wish I need to send out to....Happy be-lated Birthday Jess!
My sister en-law had her's too. See how much you miss when your super busy and under the weather! Hope you had a great B-day! Cheers!
The other thing that just happened in the past few months to share is John and I are still married! ha! ha! We had another wedding anniversary. We are just about being close to being called a old married couple. We've had our adventures and we still have more to come. We still like to hang together and talk for hours. We cook great together, infact the meals taste the best when we cook together. We still have big dreams together like travels to Ireland and Spain, I think John wants to see a good soccer game there I just want to go. We still tell each other before we hang up from the phone "I love U". We share the same ideas of fun with the kids. We still sing together to the radio in the car. We still pick songs for each other. We still love to hold each other and just hugging one another and John still thinks I'm just right for him which still gives me butterflies in my belly!
I had to put this up because my husband had a b-day not too long ago and well he needed to be on my blog for his 38th birthday. I love this photo of him and his big sister! I think he was getting ready for a safari here! ha! ha! Just kidding honey! Anyway... I love you and Happy be-lated wishes!
Birthday wishes! Look at you in your suit! We were cute kids ya know!? I love how mom parted your hair down the middle Bry! ha!ha! I think I was trying to be Holly Hobbie here! Yes, the 70's styles!

Okay...I've missed a few special days so I want to catch up and wish happy wishes on these special days. I want to start with my brother... I think he just celebrated his 35th b-day so with that being said "Happy B-lated Birthday"! Your getting old like me! ha! ha! Love you little bro!

Hey there! I'm back! I have so much catching up to do from this point on. So with that being said I'm gonna go back a few months. We are so busy any more I feel like I'm always two steps behind and it's killing me cause I'm always trying to be two steps ahead. So I'm just adding random events that I've been wanting to post but like I said I'm so behind. Oh, I'm myself again! I went for my follow up with my doc. and she said I'm doing much better and all my test look back in shape and I just need to keep up the good work and every now and then a little break and TLC. So I'm taking that to heart. I really like my doctor too. So now I'm with engery and ready to share all our past events and our summer fun we are looking forward to doing.

So lets start here at the National museum of natural history field trip with my younger son "Brad". We had a really good time here. I got to spend some one on one time with Brad and he reminded me over and over that this was the first field trip I did with him so I'm so glad I joined along. This is a plus too cause this is my favorite museum to go to. I find new intresting things everytime I go there. I was asigned two other little guys to hang with Brad and I. They were funny little guys. We rode a "Merzt" bus (like a Greyhound) getting there and getting back. Brad and I were in the middle of reading "A Dirary of a Whimpy Kid" so we brought that along and read it on the way there and on the way back. It was hard not to look at the Cherry Blossoms every now and then cause they were in full bloom at the time. Course our allergies were too!

So the bus basically droped us off at the front of the museum and the parents and teachers took their groups and checked out the museum on their own but we all had to meet back at the bus at 1pm. So my goal and my little asigned possy's goal was to try and see the whole museum before our time was up. This is just a few things we saw there...
We had such a good time! We learned so much, like a "vampire octopus" it lives in some of the deepest waters of the seas. The bats were pretty interesting too. We just had to go in the BUG part which creeps the crap out of me but I was a good sport and checked it out. After all I had all boys with me. Lets just say I wasn't too thrilled about holding a insect. All I could think about the whole time was the Spiderman movie! ha! ha! I have to say the butterfly part was my most favorite. They are so beautiful! The moths were pretty too and so freaken BIG!!!! We found one so big it probably eat a whole sweater for a snack. See you can tell I dig this stuff!
The boys liked the whole dinosaur Hall and the under the sea hall too. We found a fish called the "Pajamma Fish". I forget the reason though, I'll have to get back to you on that one. It's still funny though. Well the"hope" diamond was in my fantasy to be my 25th anniversary diamond ring, but then I woke up from staring at it and hearing the boys asking "Can we go now there's earthquakes up ahead!" The earth quake stuff was some thing very familiar to me due to being a California girl and so I was able to explain a lot to the guys. They thought it was all "COOL"! Then it was time to eat and we had lunch there in the nice cafe'. Even though we all brought lunches some how Brad and I ended up sharing ours with the other two little guys, and the funny thing is if you really know me you knew what kind of lunches I pack. I had fresh baked cookies and grapes, cut up oranges, string cheese and nuts , and a great sandwich and popcorn so plenty to eat and share. The boys really were eye balling ours and one of the boys had a lunch full of candy. I think he packed his own lunch! Once lunch was over we headed to see a little more and then it was time to end the trip. The boys digged me and Brad was putting his arms around me! It was a great day and a great field trip with my baby boy!

With Mom's day coming up on Sunday I can't help but think about the whole mom thing! This is a picture of my pretty mom holding me. I know exactly what the look on her face means now! You can't wait to start this life with this new person. I want to thank my mom not just being a loving mom but being the best friend a daughter needs!
All the loving lessons she taught has made be feel very comfortable being a mom! This is something I'm very proud about being a mom and I love growing with my kids. With so many memories run through this journey as a mom I would like to share with you! Oh, this is my mom and my little brother and myself. Love the hair mom! ha! ha! Love you!

Where my heart is always!

One thing I'm very proud to say and maybe even brag about and I think most moms can relate too....I taught all my kids how to walk and ride their bike, roller skate, and maybe learn how to drive , yikes! I have so much to teach them too! I love this part!

A mom loves the first smiles it just melts our hearts!

Even proud moms dress up for Halloween! We have fun doing it too!

Even moms share their favorite princess plays too! Beauty and the Beast was a hit!

Even moms don't mind a little drool!

Even moms have to dance!

Even moms like a great picnic!

Every mom loves a great hat on her boys! The king hat suits Caleb just right!

And what would we do with out sunglasses!

Yes, this is a proud smile! All us moms have one!

I wish all the moms out there the best! And stay proud it looks good on us!

Angie's birthday was a hit! I think nine will suit her just fine! She makes being a girl fun all over again! Well I feel a little up to speed now! I need to get into the blog mode again cause as you can see I posted everything all backwards (LOL) but I 'll get in the groove of things shortly. I have so much to share that has happend while being sick and the last three months full of adventures. I have little trips I took with the kids and John and I'm a Aunt again to my new nephew "Cooper" and with May here I have so much to share. So I think I'm back on track. I just need to take one day at a time and hopefully I will feel like myself again! Shoot ,I need to change my dash board on this blog to spring stuff...I should just skip spring and go right to summer! ha! ha! It's almost here too. Until then toodles! I'm off to spring clean!

Of course every girl needs a farting bear! Thanks couson Sarah! She is having more fun with this around the house!

Angie recieved a nice collection of Nancy Drew books! She has really gotten into Nancy Drew! She wants a Nancy Drew Clue case. I think I might have to make that one!

Had a good lunch!
Decorated aprons! A poodle one of course!

They were making poodle houses here!

Angie had eight of her girl friends and I kept them busy with all kinds of fun things.

I'm back! Well some what! I've been feeling really crummy for the past three weeks! I was hit hard! It's taking awhile to get back to myself but slowly but surely, day by day I'm becoming "me" again! I'm really low in the engery I'm use to having and it's very frustrating for me. I found out I have developed asma which was a big shock for me. I guess that explains why I was having a hard time getting air. It's due to allergies and an infection to boot! This is the crummiest I have felt in LONG time! What drives me crazy is this is when I spring clean and get my garden going and just make the nest ready for the sunny seasons. So I'm so behind! So I just have to take it easy and remind myself it is all okay! Being a type "A" person that's hard to do sometimes! In the mean time I have little by little cleaned out drawers and closets and started some what of my garden and every day tackle something one at a time. I would like to go full storm but I think my body would just kill over...so I better be good! So with that being said...I have some blog catching up to do. In March Miss Angie had her nine year old birthday! Yes! NINE!!! What's going on! So I thought I would share some photo's of that event. She had a poodle b-day party being poodles are her favorite. My mom and dad flew out to celebrate her special day with us. It's always nice having them around for her special day. Her "Moe" my husbands mom made her the best poodle cake ever. It started off with a coconut cake that ran history on John's side which Angie discovered over Thanksgiving! Then Family Fun magazine had a b-day poodle cake in the March issue and well that's when she changed her mind! So "Moe" worked very hard for Miss Angie and made this gosh darn cute cake!
She loved it!

Looping Around

Okay my teenage son has me hooked on these "MysteryGuitarMan" youtube videos. You should check them out, they are pretty darn funny! One clue though turn the music I have on my page off first, then watch the video. I will probably post more as I blog cause they are just too funny and I just have to share a good laugh. My teenager and I crack up every time! Excuse me I just sneezed! Don't worry I wiped the snot off the screen! JK!

American Recession - Allstate Insurance - Remember the Good Times

These all-state commercials are the best! Sorry about not blogging lately I've been crazy busy all of sudden. I had my mom and dad out here and birthdays happening and holidays and spring break and school field trips and, and, and, well spring cleaning, hockey game, soccers back up for spring and more and more...well you get the picture...I want to blog about each one of these events so I will be back shortly. Right now I'm gonna try and fight off this darn sinus infection and enjoy more great commercials like these all-state ones. Oh I discovered the Hallmark channel. LOVING it!!!! Any way blog back soon! Until then it's rest, soup, and this Korean marmalade honey citron tea drink my husband swears by for sore throats!
I can catch up on my favorite British show (how clean is your house!) and old movies on TMC (like the one I just watch..a touch of mink...corny love story!) Well I'll be back shortly!
